Want to update an image? It’s simple! Just hover over any image on your website and click the Change Image button. You can upload your own images or choose from millions of stock photos. Any images you upload will be saved in your Media Library, making it easy to reuse them elsewhere on your website.
The floating menu on the right makes it easy to manage items within each section—you can adjust the layout, move sections up or down, or delete them. If the menu overlaps with text you're editing, you can click "hide menu" to temporarily remove it from view.
1. Agreement and Scope of Services
By booking a photography session with JMPhotography, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The services provided will be as outlined in the agreed contract or booking form, which details the photography session type, date, time, location, and price.
2. Booking and Payment
A booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received and the contract is signed.
A non-refundable deposit of [10%] is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the session.
Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transactions.
Failure to pay the balance by the agreed date may result in the cancellation of the session.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled session will receive a refund of any fees paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of [25%] of the total session fee.
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 12 days' notice, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply if the session is rescheduled within 12 days of the original date.
No refund or rescheduling options are available if the client fails to show up for the scheduled session without prior notice.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring that they arrive at the scheduled session on time.
The client should notify the photographer of any special requests, specific locations, or specific individuals to be included in the shoot prior to the session.
The photographer is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the client's failure to provide the requested information or arrive on time.
5. Copyright and Usage
The photographer retains copyright to all images taken during the session.
The client is granted a license to use the photos for personal, non-commercial purposes (such as printing, social media, etc.).
The client may not use the images for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, resale) without explicit written permission from the photographer.
The photographer may use the images for promotional purposes, such as portfolio displays or social media posts, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Image Delivery and Editing
The photographer will deliver the final edited images within 2 weeks of the session, depending on the complexity of the shoot.
Any additional editing or special requests beyond the initial edit may incur an additional fee.
The photographer will make reasonable efforts to ensure high-quality images; however, the client understands that the photographer cannot guarantee specific results due to factors like lighting, location, or weather conditions.
7. Limitations of Liability
The photographer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the session.
In the event of equipment failure, illness, or any other circumstances beyond the photographer's control, the photographer’s liability is limited to a refund of the session fee or rescheduling of the session.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform any part of this agreement due to events beyond their control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the photographer from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use of the photos, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any personal or sensitive information shared during the contract unless required by law.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom Parliament and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session with Jmphotography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions
